Breakfast menu
Breakfast (20 for adult and 13 for children 2-10 yrs)
A curated buffet of baked goods comprising long-fermented sourdough breads, citrus and chocolate cakes, low gluten bread and Greek koulouri, all courtesy of Red Jane. The rest of the breakfast (see below) is served à la carte, alongside our freshly roasted specialty coffee (again courtesy of Red Jane).

Kagianas- eggs with feta, tomatoes and oregano
Spanakopita – the famous Greek spinach pie
Dakos – barley rusks topped with goat cheese, salt-cured olives and tomato salsa

Tabouleh salad with Kalamata olives
Yoghurt with Red Jane granola and thyme honey
Overnight oats with nuts, chia seeds and seasonal fruits (GF, vegan)
Pancakes with banana and chocolate hazelnut spread
Fresh fruit/ Freshly squeezed orange juice
Red Jane filter coffee/ Rhoeco organic tea (Earl Grey, Lemon Verbena, Mountain tea, Green Tea, Cacao Husk)

Cappuccino, latte, flat white: 1,5 €
Mashed avocado on toasted emmer bread: 5 €
Sunny-side-up eggs with yoghurt and hazelnuts / poached eggs / omelet: 5 €
100 gr of graviera cheese (sheep and goat milk) with tomato chutney: 3 €
